Ta’min Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Co:

(TAPPICO) (LLP) was first established under the name of Abadan Oil Refinery (Ltd) with license No. 2246 on 25th of December 2002. The company was registered in Abadan Company and Property Registry Office. Then according to the minutes of the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting held on 23rd of October 2003, the company’s Memorandum of association was changed. The company’s central office was moved from Abadan to Tehran, and the company’s name, too, was changed to the Ta’min Cellulose and Chemical Investment Company (Limited Liability Company).

Again on 9th of January 2005, on the basis of the minutes of the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting, company’s name was changed to Ta’min Chemical and petrochemical Investment Company; and its type also changed from Private Stock to Public-joint Company; then the new memorandum of association containing 78 articles and 16 addendums was registered.

On 30th of October 2011, in line with implementing the policies on organizing Social Security Investment Co. (SSICO) and pursuant to the merge of Tamin petroleum and gas holding with Tamin chemical and petrochemical investment holding, the company’s name was changed to Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Co. (TAPPICO)

It should be mentioned that the company’s name with no. 11139 has been registered in the Securities and Exchange organization on 9th of March 2013 and the company’s shares are offered in Tehran Stock Exchange on July 9th, 2013.
