Signing of the first partnership agreement to develop innovative solutions for managing energy imbalances among TAPICO subsidiaries.
In alignment with the country's overarching policies on energy consumption management, the reduction of natural gas imbalances, and energy resilience as well as the Holding’s strategic mandate and responsibility regarding the preservation of national resources and sustainable development the first partnership agreement to develop innovative solutions for managing energy imbalances was signed among TAPPICO subsidiaries. The agreement involves Firmco Pars, Fanavaran Petrochemical, Khorasan Petrochemical and Persi Iran Gas Companies.
According to the Public Relations, Brand and Social Responsibility Department of TAPPICO an agreement was signed on the sidelines of the SHASTA Energy Committee meeting to collaborate on developing innovative solutions for managing energy imbalances. The agreement involves Firmco Pars Engineering and Installation Company and three TAPPICO subsidiaries such as Fanavaran Petrochemical, Khorasan Petrochemical, and Persi Iran Gas that was signed in the presence of Rouhollah Shahidipour the CEO of the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Investment Company (TAPPICO) and Ali Asghar Rajabi Head of Energy and Carbon at the National Iranian Gas Company.
Speaking at the ceremony, the CEO of the TAPPICO Holding described the signing of these memoranda as a significant step toward addressing the country's energy imbalance. He emphasized that the agreements were concluded with the aim of expanding investment in impactful economic projects focused on optimizing gas consumption, and in alignment with national macro-policies regarding energy management, the reduction of the natural gas imbalance, and energy security, as well as the company’s overarching strategy and responsibility to safeguard national resources and foster sustainable development.
Subsequently, Ali Asghar Rajabi, the Energy and Carbon Manager at the National Iranian Gas Company, described the signing of the agreement—aimed at developing innovative solutions to manage energy imbalances among the subsidiaries of the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Investment Holding (TOPPICO) as the "start of a major undertaking" and thanked the holding's senior executives for entering this field.
Subsequently, Ali Asghar Rajabi, the Energy and Carbon Manager in the National Iranian Gas Company, described the signing of the agreement aimed at developing innovative solutions to manage energy imbalances among the subsidiaries of the Tamin Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Investment Company (TOPPICO) as the "start of a major national initiative by TOPPICO" and thanked the holding company's senior executives for entering this field.

It is worth noting that the Tamin Petroleum, Gas, and Petrochemical Investment Company (TAPICO) has recently issued a call for investment and participation in natural gas optimization and conservation projects. Under this initiative, TAPPICO with Firmco Pars Company acting as the executive agent has undertaken the identification, evaluation, and financing of, as well as participation in, projects such as Karvar, FGR, alternative fuels, and gas imports.
