According to the Brand Management, Public Relations, and Social Responsibility Department of TAPPICO Rouhollah Shahidipour, while acknowledging the role of university professors and administrators in the education and development of students stated that, graduates are the fruit of the professors' and the university's collective efforts; having successfully navigated a challenging academic journey, they are now prepared to enter the professional arena and the labor market.

The head of TAPPICO emphasized at the Sharif University of Technology graduation ceremony:

industrial and economic sectors, the CEO of TAPPICO stated: "Graduates from the nation's leading universities including Sharif University of Technology have played a pivotal role in managing and developing the country's industrial and economic enterprises; furthermore, a significant portion of these enterprises will be managed in the future by you who are the young specialists of the country's future leaders."

 Continuing, Shahidipour emphasized the necessity for the country's elites and capable graduates to stay and contribute domestically, stating: "The country belongs to all of us. We must stay in Iran, identify the problems, obstacles, and limitations, and strive to overcome them. Building Iran’s future is a shared responsibility, and the nation's young, educated generation must play an active role in this endeavor."

 The CEO of TAPPICO also announced the organization's readiness to recruit and employ talented individuals and university graduates, stating: "The extended TAPPICO family proudly welcomes top university graduates with open arms. We invite all interested individuals to visit the SHASTA human resources recruitment portal to submit their applications and provide the necessary information, thereby paving the way for the best candidates to join this large family following the review and merit-based selection process."

In conclusion, he noted that to build the future of Iran's industry, TAPPICO needs young people who have possessing knowledge and skills, and also are driven by motivation, a sense of responsibility, and the determination to build; young people who will apply their knowledge, skills, and capabilities toward the progress and development of Iran.

 It is worth noting that the 2026 (1405) graduation ceremony in Sharif University of Technology was held on campus, attended by faculty members, students, and their families. More than 2,000 students graduated from the university during this period, comprising 15 PHD graduates, 1,200 master's graduates, and 1,200 bachelor's graduates.
